Hord Coplan Macht is looking for a strong Project Manager to join our Senior Living team. Our next team member will have a passion for design excellence, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to client service. This individual will be the point of contact for our clients and their general contractors and consultants throughout the project duration. They will be expected to manage, organize, and coordinate their HCM team and our engineering consultants to successfully execute architectural projects.
This position is open to candidates for our Baltimore, Denver, Alexandria, and North Carolina offices. While some flexibility may be available, this is not a fully remote position. Candidates should expect to be in the office regularly to collaborate with colleagues and clients and to attend on-site meetings as required.

The projected base salary for this full-time position is$92,000,000-$119,000. Hord Coplan Macht’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, as well as the individual’s education, experience, and skillsets.
