TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a team responsible for a variety of precast and pre-stressed concrete projects.

You will work closely with Project Engineers and coordinate with Project Coordinators and Technicians to deliver successful outcomes for large commercial structures. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in precast concrete design management, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of mentoring staff in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong background in civil/structural disciplines.
• Over 10 years of experience managing precast/pre-stressed concrete design projects.
• Proven mentorship and staff development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with design tools and engineering software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Highly organized and self-motivated; adaptable to changing business needs.

Job Description

Overview

The Project Manager is an integral member of the project team, one who is responsible for: project management of a variety of engineering projects, leading and directing Project Coordinators and Technicians, and collaborating with Project Engineers to produce successful project outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Day to day project management of complex projects on a wide variety of precast and pre-stressed concrete structures and connections for large commercial buildings such as stadiums/ arenas, dormitories, parking garages, office buildings, etc.
• Provide management, guidance, training, and mentorship to a team of, Project Coordinators and Technicians
• Construction administration of projects including processing submittals and site inspections
• Ensure clients are satisfied and all assigned deadlines are met

Qualifications

• B.S. Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of experience managing the design of precast/pre-stressed concrete structures and products
• Successful mentorship and development of others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with design, utilizing various engineering software
• Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Willing and able to adapt as necessary to support changing business needs.
