TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a team responsible for a variety of precast and pre-stressed concrete projects.

You will work closely with Project Engineers and coordinate with Project Coordinators and Technicians to deliver successful outcomes for large commercial structures. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in precast concrete design management, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of mentoring staff in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong background in civil/structural disciplines.
• Over 10 years of experience managing precast/pre-stressed concrete design projects.
• Proven mentorship and staff development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with design tools and engineering software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Highly organized and self-motivated; adaptable to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management of diverse precast and pre-stressed concrete projects for large commercial buildings.
• Lead and mentor Project Coordinators and Technicians; collaborate with Project Engineers.
• Manage construction administration tasks including submittals and site inspections.
• Ensure client satisfaction and that deadlines are met.
