Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking an ILS Project Lead (Project Manager) for a US Wisconsin-based, initial 12-month contract in Life Sciences. You will drive end-to-end logistics systems integration across multiple systems and lead a mixed team of staff and vendors.

The role requires proven PM experience in complex environments with multi-system coordination; prior ILS experience is not essential, but warehouse exposure is relevant.

We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Wisconsin, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for an ILS Project Lead (Project Manager) to support this project and help deliver this world‑class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Own end-to-end delivery of logistics systems integration across multiple systems.
• Lead a small mixed team of staff and vendor personnel.
• Coordinate vendors and oversee installations and interfaces with internal/external teams.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, progress reports, risks, issues and escalations.
• Coordinate commissioning documentation with the CQ team.

What you’ll need:

• Proven project management in any of the following: complex warehouse, logistics, distribution, automation or industrial installation environments; coordination of multiple systems and vendors; reporting, documentation, stakeholder management, escalation and commissioning interfaces.
• Prior ILS expertise is NOT essential.
• Previous warehouse experience relevant.
