Job summary

Project Manager – US, North Carolina – Initial 6-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in North Carolina, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Project Manager to support this project and help deliver this world‑class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Lead infrastructure, electrical power and OSBL projects from concept, design and planning through construction, commissioning and turnover.
• Manage OSBL activities including site development, roads, utility systems, power distribution and supporting infrastructure.
• Define project scope, deliverables, execution strategy, responsibilities and stakeholder interfaces.
• Establish and maintain schedules, capital budgets, forecasts, risk registers and project execution plans.
• Manage engineering, construction, procurement, operations, vendors and contractors across multidisciplinary workstreams.

What you’ll need:

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers and execution plans.
• Align engineering deliverables, procurement strategies and field readiness for infrastructure works.
• Coordinate site utilities, electrical distribution and power-related systems with adjacent project scopes.
• Oversee roads, site development and other OSBL deliverables as assigned.
• Lead cross-functional planning with engineering, construction, procurement and operations.
• Monitor contractor progress against cost, schedule, quality and safety commitments.
