Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development teams through inception to factory and field implementation. The role focuses on schedules, budgets, costs, and technical performance to meet all end-to-end commitments.

The successful candidate will drive planning, allocate resources, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders while ensuring timely, within-budget delivery across PDP stages. Relocation is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience or MA/MS degree with 3+ years of experience
• PMP certification is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Highly skilled in using MS Project and PowerPoint
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate and manage interdependencies across all internal functional value-streams involved in project planning and execution
• Support creation and management of partnerships with key suppliers
• Identify and actively manage impact of any dependent projects or activities
• Understand and manage handoffs across 5 stage Product Development Process (PDP)

• Stakeholder Management: Managing expectations, communicating updates, and ensuring stakeholders are satisfied with the final project outcomes.

This will include project schedule, budget, product cost targets and technical performance.
