Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead technology implementation projects across software, systems, and product environments. The role focuses on driving initiatives from initiation to delivery with strong leadership and collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of managing technology implementations and 3+ years applying Agile methodologies, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology implementation projects involving software, systems, or products.
• 3+ years of experience applying Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
