Job summary

W3Global is seeking an on-site New Home Construction Project Manager in Ohio to oversee the on-site construction of custom homes from groundbreaking through final completion.

You will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with homeowners, designers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of PM experience in new residential construction.
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality homes.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily job site operations and ensure construction milestones are met on schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor material deliveries and labor schedules to keep projects on track.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the construction process to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Manage the final punch list and ensure homes are delivered move-in ready.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, designers, vendors, and internal team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site while ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges in a timely manner.
