Foundry in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and multifamily ground-up construction projects. You will own projects from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with superintendents and the wider team to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background with General Contractors, expertise in budgets, schedules, buyouts and change orders, and excellent communication skills.

We are working with a highly regarded General Contractor in West Palm Beach looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its growing team.

The company has a strong pipeline of work across South Florida, delivering a variety of commercial, multifamily and large-scale ground-up construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager looking to join an established GC with a great reputation, strong project pipeline and genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from preconstruction and buyout through construction and closeout, working closely with the Superintendent and wider project team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing commercial and multifamily construction projects
• Project planning, scheduling and overall coordination
• Budget management, forecasting and cost control
• Subcontractor buyout and management
• Managing RFIs, submittals and change orders
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation
• Working closely with Superintendents and field teams
• Managing relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
• Leading project meetings and providing regular progress updates
• Maintaining project schedules and financial performance
• Supporting projects through turnover and closeout

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced construction Project Manager with a background working for a General Contractor.

Experience across commercial, multifamily or other large-scale ground-up construction would be particularly relevant.
