Square One in Austin, TX is seeking an entry‑level Project Manager I to support the delivery of projects under senior PMs. You will assist with coordinating tasks, developing plans, tracking schedules and budgets, and preparing project documentation.
You will work closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to represent the Owner’s interests while learning project management fundamentals and advancing your professional development within the firm.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Square One team in Austin, TX . Project Manager’s (Project Manager I) are entry level, self-starters, motivated and detail oriented. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of projects by assisting Project Managers II, III and IV with day-to-day project work, contributing to team leadership, and engaging in personal development opportunities. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within the firm while working closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to represent the Owner’s best interests. The role requires most of your time on project performance, some on personal development, and the rest on staying informed about marketplace activities, with minimal involvement in financial performance, marketing, operations, or firm leadership at this stage. Other responsibilities include:
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.) and Microsoft Project. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

This position may require protracted or irregular hours. Flexibility to work irregular hours is necessary due to client needs.
