Blue Compass is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead digital marketing and web development projects from initiation to completion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and is eager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and always willing to go above and beyond to support both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage and oversee multiple digital marketing and web development projects, ensuring all deadlines, deliverables, and goals are met.
• Task Coordination: Work closely with Account Executives, designers, developers, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
• Timeline & Budget Management: Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks proactively.
• Meeting Leadership & Documentation: Schedule and lead meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items to ensure clear communication across teams.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for greater efficiency and implement best practices for project management.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or a related role (experience in digital marketing or web development is a plus).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms) is a plus.
