Job summary

Olympus Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead an enterprise identity, authentication, PAM, and secure file exchange program for a federal law enforcement customer in Washington, DC.

You will run a nine-person engineering and support team and own cost, schedule, and performance, serving as the single point of accountability to the program office. Responsibilities include managing four platform workstreams, financials, PM plans, and executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Experience managing federal IT services task orders of comparable size and complexity.
• Experience leading agile teams and facilitating scrum ceremonies in a federal environment.
• Federal contract financial management experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance and favorable public trust investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead an agile delivery team across four platform workstreams: identity governance, authentication, privileged access management, and secure file exchange.
• Own program financials: burn rate forecasting, estimate-to-complete, and monthly reporting.
• Deliver program management and quality control plans, status reports, and PM reviews.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies with government product owners and manage backlogs.
• Oversee security patch and vulnerability response timelines with the customer SOC.
• Lead after-action reporting and executive briefings after service events.
• Own staffing: forecast headcount changes and fill vacancies within timelines.
• Plan and execute transition-in and transition-out activities.

Olympus Solutions is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business specializing in identity, credential, and access management for federal agencies. We are hiring a Project Manager to lead delivery of an enterprise identity, authentication, privileged access, and secure file exchange program for a federal law enforcement customer in Washington, DC.

You will run a nine-person engineering and support team, own the contract's cost, schedule, and performance, and serve as the single point of accountability to the government program office.

What You Will Do

• Lead an agile delivery team across four platform workstreams: identity governance, authentication, privileged access management, and secure file exchange.
• Own program financials: burn rate forecasting, estimate-to-complete and estimate-at-complete by fiscal year, and monthly financial reporting.
• Deliver the program management plan, quality control plan, monthly and weekly status reports, and quarterly program management reviews.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and backlog management with government product owners.
• Manage security patch and vulnerability response timelines with the customer's security operations center.
• Lead after-action reporting and executive briefings following service-affecting events.
• Own staffing: forecast gains and losses, and fill vacancies within contractual timelines.
• Plan and execute transition-in and transition-out.

What You Need

Demonstrated experience managing federal IT services task orders of comparable size and complexity, in identity and access management or cybersecurity engineering.

Experience leading agile teams and facilitating scrum ceremonies in a federal environment.

Federal contract financial management experience.

U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance and a favorably adjudicated federal public trust investigation.

Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC, Monday through Friday, with core hours 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM Eastern.

Nice to Have

PMP certification, prior DOJ program experience, working familiarity with SailPoint IdentityIQ and Okta, and experience with federal security authorization (SPA&A / RMF) cycles.
