Job summary

Precision Industrial Contractors (PIC) is seeking a Project Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and technical direction on large-scale construction projects in the United States. You will interface with clients, oversee execution, and ensure safety, efficiency, and highest standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, developing execution plans, leading scoping, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and reporting, coordinating with clients and teams, and maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project management experience.
• Industrial construction experience preferred: pulp and paper, corrugated, or food industry.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office.

You'll interface with clients, oversee project execution, and ensure the work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans, specifications, and documents to build a full understanding of project requirements
• Develop construction execution plans that serve as the foundation for estimating and project delivery
• Lead project scoping, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and reporting
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution
• Oversee on-site operations and ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations
• Conduct site investigations to identify unique conditions or potential challenges
• Apply engineering practices to solve technical problems during planning and construction

Requirements & Qualifications:

Compensation:

• $100,000+ annually - Based on experience (DOE)
