The Project Manager coordinates all tasks, deliverables, and personnel across task orders, reports out to CBO, and conveys information back to the Contractor and its personnel. The Program Manager and a designated alternate serve as key personnel with full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to the contract.
This position provides supervisory and management oversight of all contractor personnel, including work assignments, performance monitoring, coverage, and leave approval. At no time will contract personnel be supervised by CBO managers.
This job operates in executive settings with frequent engagement at the highest levels of Navy leadership. This role uses executive office equipment and classified communication systems.
The physical demands are typical of executive positions, with extensive travel and high-stress decision‑making requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
This is a full‑time executive position with flexible hours based on mission requirements.
Extensive travel is expected for this position.
Bachelor's degree in an IT‑related field preferred.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, or a minimum of 10 years of program management experience in lieu of PMP.
