Job summary

SIRIS LLC is seeking a motivated Project Manager to support an EHRM modernization project for the Department of Veterans Affairs in Waco, TX. The role reports to the Program Director and collaborates with VA client staff to support construction activities, generate reports, and serve as a client-side representative.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, schedule management, QA/QC, and coordination with the COR, A/E teams, contractors, and facility stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum seven (7) years managing construction or renovation projects; healthcare/regulated environments preferred.
  • Education may be substituted with ten (10) years of progressively responsible construction PM experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project budgets, oversee QA/QC, and lead progress meetings.
  • Coordinate with COR, A/E teams, contractors, and facility stakeholders.
  • Review drawings, specs, and contract documents; prepare PTRs.
  • Lead risk management, issue resolution, and change order administration.
  • Ensure testing, inspection coordination, and quality management across occupied facilities.

  • Construction contract administration
  • Risk management and issue resolution
  • Claims analysis and resolution support
  • Testing and inspection coordination
  • Quality assurance and quality management
  • Communication, quality assurance, risk management, and schedule management planning
  • Progress meeting facilitation and documentation
  • Project documentation and correspondence management

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field.

Consideration of Experience in Place of Education

Minimum ten (10) years of progressively responsible construction project management experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

Required Years of Experience

Minimum seven (7) years managing construction or renovation projects of similar size, scope, and complexity, preferably within healthcare or other regulated environments.
