Job summary

Internet Subway is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of new MDU internet deployments, from contract handoff through service launch. You will coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, property stakeholders, and utility partners to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to technical standards.

• Experience managing multi-site or multi-phase deployments.
• Strong organizational and vendor-management skills.
• Familiarity with MDF/IDF environments and low-voltage construction.
• Proficiency with project management tools and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own new MDU deployment projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Define scope, milestones, risks, and success criteria.
• Coordinate site surveys and readiness assessments.
• Oversee contractor performance and quality of work.
• Ensure deployments align with network designs and standards.
• Validate readiness for turn-up and handoff to operations.
• Coordinate punch-list resolution and final acceptance.
• Track project costs, labor, and change orders.
• Report deployment status and metrics to leadership.
• Coordinate service launch activities and internal handoff to support teams.

The Role: Project Manager

Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of new MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) internet deployments, from contract handoff through service launch. This role coordinates internal teams, contractors, vendors, property stakeholders, and utility partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own new MDU deployment projects from kickoff through closeout, including fiber, network, and in-unit installations.

• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies using company‑approved project management and scheduling tools
• Define project scope, milestones, risks, and success criteria for each deployment
• Coordinate site surveys, pre‑construction planning, and readiness assessments
• Oversee contractor performance, scope adherence, and quality of work
• Ensure deployments align with approved network designs and standards
• Validate readiness for turn‑up, testing, and handoff to operations
• Coordinate punch‑list resolution and final acceptance
• Track project costs, labor, and change orders
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting
• Support leadership with deployment metrics, timelines, and post‑deployment reviews
• Coordinate service launch activities and internal handoff to support teams

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of project management experience in ISP, telecom, construction, or MDU environments
• Demonstrated experience managing multi‑site or multi‑phase deployments
• Strong organizational, communication, and vendor‑management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and documentation
• Experience with MDU fiber, managed Wi‑Fi, or bulk/bundled internet deployments
• Familiarity with MDF/IDF environments, riser systems, and low‑voltage construction
• Experience coordinating with property owners and large real‑estate portfolios
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable in construction and network environments, and capable of managing multiple concurrent deployments across different stages
