Job summary

Wood Construction Lumber Job Search is seeking a Project Manager of Commercial/Architectural/Cabinetry Millwork in VA. You will manage projects from sale through close, attend PM meetings, and coordinate schedules with engineering, manufacturing, installation, and delivery. You will measure profitability, create change orders, and take field measurements to ensure quality and value.

Relocation is Yes. Salary ranges from $70K to $100K depending on experience, with benefits including Health, 401K,

Qualifications

• Experience transferring information from Sales to Project Management.
• Verify the scope of work, confirm quantities, and alert discrepancies.
• ShopPAK experience is a bonus.
• Review and markup of submittals.
• Coordinate with Production Manager to achieve timely, cost-effective product.
• Manage installation by Sub-Contractors.
• Negotiate contracts with installers.
• Close-Out when Punch list is completed.

• Verifying the scope of work is correct, confirming quantities and alerting of any discrepancies.
• ShopPAK experience a bonus
• Reviewing and mark up of submittals
• Coordinate with Production Manger to achieve a timely and cost-effective product.
• Manage Installation by Sub-Contractors
• Negotiating contracts with the installers.
• Job Close-Out when Punch list is completed.

Job Salary

$70K to $100K (pending experience)
