Full-Time | Commercial Cabinetry & Millwork | Midwest
We're seeking motivated Entry-Level and Experienced Project Managers who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
What You'll Do
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from kickoff through completion while working closely with customers, contractors, engineering, and production teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, general contractors, engineering, and production.
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Create and review shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Collect and verify field measurements for fabrication.
- Source and coordinate required project materials.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
- Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Support customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience using AutoCAD (1+ years preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction blueprints
- Strong math and measurement skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other computer-based tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Preferred
- Project management experience in commercial cabinetry, millwork, construction, manufacturing, or a related industry
- Experience working with general contractors and commercial construction projects
