Southland Industries in Vancouver, WA seeks an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and deliver critical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects. You will oversee budgets, coordinate internal teams, and communicate progress to clients and leadership while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The role requires 5–10 years of MEP experience, strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, and proven subcontractor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years’ experience in MEP project environments.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and operations.
• Ability to lead small teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Solid financial acumen and project cost control abilities.
• Proven track record in managing subcontractors and budgets.

Position Details

• May manage a team or serve as a project lead

Pay

Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Washington, this ranges from $100,000.00-$145,000.00 yearly plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
