Job summary

VAIF TECH designs and builds websites, web applications, and mobile apps. As a project manager, you are the client’s steady point of contact, turning proposals into plans, guiding design and development, and ensuring milestones are understood before delivery.

We are hiring two project managers to run projects end-to-end, communicate updates, translate client feedback into actionable tasks, and keep records organized across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience managing web, software, or other digital projects.
• Clear written and spoken communication with clients and developers.
• Comfort with project tools, shared documents, and video calls.
• Organized, dependable, and calm when priorities change.

Responsibilities

• Run projects from kickoff to launch: scope, milestones, timelines, and handoff.
• Be the client’s main point of contact, with clear and regular updates.
