Job summary

Diné Development Corporation seeks a Project Manager to lead a technical support services team responsible for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and related reporting. You will serve as the primary interface for contract and project administration, ensuring predictable delivery, quality, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent workstreams.

This role requires 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), and eligibility for a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

  • Experience implementing practical quality control for deliverables and testing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day program management and contract administration leadership.
  • Develop and maintain a PMP aligned to scope, schedule, quality, cost, staffing, and risk.
  • Lead planning and execution across multiple workstreams including support, enhancements, and reporting.
  • Establish schedules, milestones, dependencies, and manage impediments.
  • Facilitate status meetings, prepare agendas, and communicate decisions.
  • Produce executive-ready monthly status reports covering work, issues, risks and resource impacts.
  • Oversee transition activities, staffing readiness, and continuity planning.
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure timely, accurate deliverables and updated docs.
  • Manage staffing workload and surge coverage; ensure continuity of services.
  • Ensure deliverables meet Section 508 accessibility requirements.

Job description

The Project Manager (PM) provides day-to-day leadership and oversight for a technical support services team responsible for the operations, sustainment, and enhancement of Microsoft 365 (M365) and SharePoint Online (SPO) solutions, associated reporting/analytics, and related support functions. The PM serves as the primary interface for contract and project administration, ensuring predictable delivery, quality, and stakeholder alignment across multiple concurrent workstreams. The PMestablishesand maintains execution plans, reporting cadence, and performance tracking to support successful outcomes with minimal customer intervention.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall day-to-day management of the program, serving as the primary point of contact for project and contract administration matters.
  • Develop andmaintaina Project Management Plan (PMP) aligned to scope, schedule, quality, cost, staffing, and risk management expectations;maintaina change control log.
  • Lead project planning and execution across multiple workstreams, including support operations, enhancement requests, documentation, and reporting.
  • Establish and manage schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; track progress and resolve impediments.
  • Facilitate recurring status/progress meetings; prepare agendas, track action items, and communicate decisions and next steps.
  • Produce and deliver executive-ready monthly status reports that summarize completed work, ongoing activities, upcoming work, issues/risks, mitigation strategies, and resource impacts.
  • Oversee transition and knowledge transfer activities, including staffing readiness, onboarding, and continuity-of-operations planning; ensure minimal disruption during transition-in/out activities.
  • Coordinate quality control processes to ensure deliverables are complete,accurate,timely, and aligned to requirements; ensure documentation ismaintainedand updated as changes are implemented.
  • Manage staffing and workload allocation; coordinate surge support when needed andmaintaincontinuity of services.
  • Ensure deliverables and documentation are compliant with Section 508 accessibility requirements, as applicable.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex technical support and/or application sustainment efforts, including coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Strong ability to create andmaintainactionable project plans, schedules, and status reporting suitable for executive audiences.
  • Experience implementing practical quality control practices for deliverable review, testing coordination, and defect prevention.
  • Strong communicationand stakeholder management skills, including facilitation of meetings and clear written reporting.
  • Working knowledge of M365 and SharePoint Online environments and how teams deliver support, enhancements, and documentation within those ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage transition activities, knowledge transfer, andcontinuity-of-operationsplanning.
  • Years of Experience: 8+ years (recommended)
  • Education Level: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Clearance Requirements: Public Trust (Moderate Risk)
  • Certification Requirements: Preferred only — PMP or equivalent; ITIL Foundation

Any other work-related qualifications needed for the role:

  • Ability to produce clear, well-organized deliverables and reports in Microsoft Office formats.
  • Ability to manage deliverables in a deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
