ABOUT THE CLIENT

• A respected and well-established commercial general contractor with extensive experience delivering high-quality construction projects. The company specializes in retail and design-build project delivery and operates across multiple states along the eastern seaboard. It is committed to building long-term relationships with clients, team members, and partners.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Lead projects from pre-construction through completion
• Prepare estimates and budgets as needed
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Identify and resolve project issues with creative problem-solving
• Ensure consistent communication with all project stakeholders
• Manage and support on-site superintendents
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee project financials and reporting
• Participate in pre-construction services in collaboration with internal teams
• Support and enforce the company’s safety program and standards

• Grocery stores - 8m - 12m
