Job summary

TechDoQuest is seeking a Senior Lead for end-to-end PLM program delivery focused on Teamcenter. You will orchestrate implementation, migrations, upgrades, and rollouts, coordinating engineering, IT, supply chain, vendors, and SI partners to achieve successful delivery.

• Lead end-to-end PLM program delivery including implementation, migration, upgrades, and rollout of Teamcenter solutions.
• Drive project planning and governance – manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, IT, supply chain, vendors, system integrators) for successful delivery.
• Translate business requirements into functional deliverables and oversee execution with development/configuration teams.
• Manage risks, issues, and change control processes ensuring timely mitigation and project stability.
• Drive PLM process alignment (BOM, Change Management, Document Management, Product Data Management) across business units.
• Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare ensuring smooth go-live and user adoption.
• Establish and monitor project KPIs for delivery quality, cost, schedule, and resource utilization.
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive reporting (steering committees, status updates, dashboards).
• Drive change management and user adoption initiatives to maximize PLM value realization.
