Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for a large-scale digital software implementation in the financial services sector.

You will oversee multiple concurrent projects (up to five) across banking networks, coordinating with customers, partners, and technical teams to ensure successful adoption of digital banking technologies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience in software/digital implementations.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and managing competing priorities.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and project delivery experience.
• Direct customer-facing project management experience with exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ability to manage up to 5 active projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital software implementation projects from initiation through delivery.
• Serve as primary customer-facing representative and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with customers, consulting partners and technical teams to ensure adoption of digital banking technologies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for a leading financial services technology client. This individual will support a large-scale digital software implementation initiative serving a network of 32 credit unions. The Project Manager will act as the primary customer-facing representative, driving implementation projects from initiation through delivery while managing stakeholder expectations, project scope, timelines, and risks. The successful candidate will oversee multiple concurrent implementations running in staggered cohorts, collaborate closely with customers, consulting partners, and technical teams, and ensure successful adoption of digital banking technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, relationship-driven Project Manager with strong communication skills and experience in banking, credit unions, consulting, or financial services technology environments.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience managing software or digital implementations Financial services, banking, or credit union industry experience (specifically digital banking or online banking platforms)
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and managing competing priorities
• Strong SDLC knowledge and project delivery experience
• Direct customer-facing project management experience Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously (up to 5 active projects)
• Strong organizational and time management skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Consulting background PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, CSM, or related certification
