Contract Project Manager – Platform Operations Support (6-Month Term with view to extend)

Remote

$40 - $50 PH C2C

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Contract Project Manager to support the Platform Operations team and drive operational excellence over a 6-month engagement. The primary focus of this role is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Platform Operations by streamlining workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing multiple projects, promoting transparency and accountability, and leveraging tools such as Jira, GSuite, Incident.io, and Google Sheets to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Retrospective Management: Oversee the completion and accuracy of retrospective action items, utilizing Jira and incident management tools to ensure follow-through.

Incident Data Oversight: Maintain high data integrity for incidents and support the tracking and reporting of response metrics through incident tooling and BI dashboards.

Project Coordination: Drive alignment and accountability across teams by organizing and monitoring the progress of key operational projects.

Administrative Support: Perform ongoing administrative tasks, including analyzing survey results via Google Forms and Google Sheets.

Metrics & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators for engineering teams, leveraging tools like Google Sheets and Sigma.

Skills & Tools Required:

Proficiency in Jira and Google Workspace (GSuite) for task management and data organization.

Hands-on experience with Incident.io or similar incident management platforms.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Experience managing large-scale projects and implementing effective tracking and reporting methods.

Familiarity with Sigma or similar BI tools for financial and operational analysis (nice to have).

Ability to automate workflows and create data-driven dashboards.
