Experience

• Senior Technical PM - 10-15 years' experience
• You are assertive and proactive in actively but collaboratively guiding and moving the team towards improved planning and delivery outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement - You obsess over learning and improving teams' ways of working – demonstrable experience defining assessments of teams' ways of working and using inspect & adapt practices to incrementally improve.
• You over-communicate and radiate information to the stakeholder vertical teams to ensure dependencies are clear and there's general alignment across the teams.

Required

• Experience in Retail
• Experience in Integration
• Must be from IT/Engineering background
• Practical Experience in Agile and waterfall model as a Scrum Master/PM
• Strong Communication Skills
• Experience with vendor management and collaborating with them on project delivery
• Experience with highly matrixed project teams spanning multiple time zones

• Experience in MuleSoft, Node JS
