Job summary

A leading digital solutions company is seeking a Senior Technical PM in Indiana to oversee project delivery and lead team improvements. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience, particularly in Retail and Integration, and possesses strong communication and vendor management skills. Experience with MuleSoft, Node JS, and SAP IS is preferred. The role requires both Agile and waterfall methodologies expertise, as well as capability to handle highly matrixed project teams across time zones.

Job Description (JD) Experience

• Senior Technical PM – 10-15 years' experience
• You are assertive and proactive in actively but collaboratively guiding and moving the team towards improved planning and delivery outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement – You obsess over learning and improving teams' ways of working – demonstrable experience defining assessments of teams' ways of working and using inspect & adapt practices to incrementally improve.
• You over-communicate and radiate information to the stakeholder vertical teams to ensure dependencies are clear and there's general alignment across the teams.

Required

• Experience in Retail
• Experience in Integration
• Must be from IT/Engineering background
• Practical Experience in Agile and waterfall modal as a Scrum Master/PM.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Experience with vendor management and collaborating with them on project delivery
• Experience with highly matrixed project teams spanning multiple time zones.
