Job summary

ScienceLogic is redefining IT operations with an AI-driven AIOps platform. We seek a delivery-focused Project Manager to orchestrate remote-first projects for customers across UK markets and beyond.

You will align technical activities with business outcomes and drive successful outcomes across stakeholders. You will collaborate with PS, Support, Product, Engineering, SRE, CS, and Sales to manage scope, timelines, and risk while leveraging AI tooling to automate reporting and workflow

Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or Power Apps.
• Experience building workflow automations and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery documentation.
• Manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
• Lead project governance routines including weekly reviews, status meetings, and steering committees.
• Monitor project health and proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate between customers and ScienceLogic delivery teams and lead status calls and executive reviews.
• Translate technical activities into business value and identify whitespace opportunities beyond scope.
• Drive projects with urgency and ownership, addressing scope creep professionally.
• Coordinate resource requirements, forecasting, and consultant assignments across engagements.
