Job description

As a Project Manager in FinThrive’s Insurance Discover for Payers business unit, you will lead high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You’ll be responsible for driving the successful execution of complex product and implementation projects—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery under tight deadlines. Working closely with product, engineering, data science, and client teams, you will proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and maintain momentum across critical payer-facing programs. Your ability to operate with urgency, precision, and accountability will be key to supporting FinThrive’s rapid growth and delivering measurable impact for our payer partners.

What you will do
  • Drive end-to-end project execution in a high-urgency environment, balancing shifting client demands, technical dependencies, and internal priorities
  • Serve as the accountable lead for critical product deliverables, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Manage cross-functional workstreams across engineering, QA, data ops, and client success to deliver iterative releases with speed and precision
  • Navigate real-time escalations and rapidly triage issues, using structured problem-solving and tight feedback loops with customers
  • Maintain crisp documentation, clear backlog hygiene, and transparent status updates to enable team velocity and executive alignment
  • Operate with urgency and ownership in a fast-paced setting, consistently driving progress in support of strategic payer relationships
