Job summary

Leap Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead integrated client projects across creative, strategy, media, and development teams. You will manage timelines, budgets, and scope while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires proactive communication and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency setting. Remote-hybrid work flexibility and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience in an agency, marketing, digital, creative, or related environment.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, media, strategy, production, and/or development disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management of integrated client projects across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, schedules, documentation, and workflows to support efficient delivery.
  • Partner with creative, strategy, media, account, production, and development teams to ensure smooth project execution from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings, status updates, milestone reviews, and project recaps to maintain alignment and accountability.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks, blockers, or changes in priorities.
  • Communicate project status, next steps, dependencies, and expectations clearly with internal teams and clients.
  • Support project scoping, intake, estimation, and resource planning efforts for new and existing client work.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations before launch or final delivery.
  • Maintain organized and accurate project documentation, including timelines, approvals, financial tracking, and status reports.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance workflows, communication, and project processes.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams, fostering a positive, accountable, and solutions-focused working environment.

About The Role The Project Manager at Leap Group plays a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of integrated client projects. This position requires a highly organized, proactive, and communicative leader who can manage multiple cross-functional teams effectively. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining project timelines, budgets, and scopes while fostering clear communication and collaboration among creative, strategy, media, account, production, and development teams. This role involves facilitating meetings, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. The Project Manager helps streamline workflows and operational processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience in an agency, marketing, digital, creative, or related environment
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, media, strategy, production, and/or development disciplines
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to proactively identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing shifting priorities
  • Experience within an advertising, marketing, or integrated agency environment preferred
  • Project management certification or completed coursework preferred, but not required
  • High level of accountability, follow-through, and ownership over project outcomes
