Job summary

DeveloperLook LTD is seeking a fully remote Project Manager to steer web, app and software projects for startups and growing companies across the US, UK, Canada and Australia. You turn client goals into a plan and run two-week sprints with designers, developers and writers, delivering tangible results at sprint end.

You’ll manage sprint planning, check-ins and demos, keep clients updated, spot risks early, and keep tasks and decisions tidy in our project tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing web, app or software projects.
• Experience running agile sprints with designers and developers.
• Nice to have: Jira/ClickUp, Scrum cert, Figma basics.
• Overlapping US/UK hours preferred.

You turn a client’s goals into a plan, run two-week sprints with designers, developers and writers, and make sure every sprint ends with something the client can see and use.

• Keep tasks, files and decisions tidy in our project tools
• Make sure every sprint ships something the client can see

What you need:

• 3 to 5 years managing web, app or software projects
• Experience running agile sprints with designers and developers

  Nice to have: Jira or ClickUp, Scrum certification, Figma basics, A technical background, Agency experience, Hours that overlap the US or UK.

  Full-time, fully remote from any country, 3 to 5 years of experience. Salary: $1,500 to $2,500 a month (USD).
