This is a fully remote position within the U.S., requiring availability five days a week during designated work hours. The work arrangement may change based on business needs and individual performance.

Position Overview

The Project Manager leads planning, coordination, and implementation of initiatives/projects to increase productivity and efficiencies for the team and clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify needs and opportunities.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project plans.
• Coordinate initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Track progress and communicate milestones.
• Identify and overcome obstacles.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and generate materials.
• Mitigate project risks and create contingency plans.
• Set project goals and milestones.
• Identify resources and schedules.
• Solve project issues.
• Manage cross-functional conflicts.
• Identify internal improvements.
• Support Learning & Development scheduling and monitoring.
• Identify technology solutions and liaise with IT and development teams.
• Drive operational initiatives.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of project management experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing large, deadline-driven projects.
• Mentoring and leadership skills.
• Highly organized with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong technical aptitude.
• Experience in customer service and fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Survey and LMS technologies preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods and operate computer and phone systems.
