Job summary

Agile Tech Labs is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple technology projects remotely in the United States. You will coordinate with AI, software engineering, data, cloud, and product teams, drive milestones, and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires PMP certification or willingness to obtain it, 5–8+ years of PM experience, strong communication and stakeholder management, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, preferably in IT, software, data, analytics, or digital transformation projects.
• PMP certification required, or willingness and eligibility to obtain it promptly after joining.
• Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, executive reporting, project documentation, and status reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with AI, software engineering, data, cloud, and product development teams.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, AI chatbots, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
