MEP Project Manager & Superintendent – Charlotte, NC

Base Pay Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year

Open Positions
We are hiring experienced Project Managers and Superintendents. Candidates may work locally, join a traveling team, or relocate to Charlotte with support.
Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical and/or electrical scopes from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
- Oversee coordination, procurement, safety, and quality control
- Build strong relationships with owners, GCs, and trade partners
Project Manager Requirements
- 5+ years of MEP or GC project management experience
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
- Ability to manage $10M–$100M+ scopes
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Superintendent Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site MEP construction activities
- Oversee field crews, subcontractors, logistics, and safety
- Maintain project schedule and quality standards
- Coordinate closely with PMs, engineers, and trade partners
Superintendent Requirements
- 5+ years of MEP or GC superintendent experienceExperience with large commercial or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Proven ability to lead field teams and resolve issues efficiently
