Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2–4 years leading complex software implementations for full life cycle.
• Track record of successful software implementations.
• Experience managing project teams and client interactions.
• Proficient in PM tools such as MS Project and PSA platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of multiple projects.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables for projects.
• Create detailed project plans and allocate resources.
• Assemble and coordinate project staff across teams.
• Manage budgets and track expenses.
• Schedule timelines and monitor progress daily.

Role Description:

The Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage multiple small to mid-size projects simultaneously and coordinate with all levels of staff and stakeholders across firms who will benefit from our comprehensive solutions.This is an excellent opportunity to work for a cutting edge, global, and legal software company. • Experience in Global accounting

• Implementation or working experience with ERP systems

• Law firm practical experience including client facing, support, and administrative

• A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment

• Experience leading complex software implementations for the full project life cycle

Responsibilities:

• Leading the planning and implementation of the project

• Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables

• Defining project tasks and resource requirements

• Developing project plans

• Assembling and coordinating project staff

• Managing project budget

• Managing project resource allocation

• Planning and scheduling project timelines

• Tracking project deliverables using the appropriate CRM and Professional Services Automation toolson a daily basis

• Providing direction and support to the project team

• Monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to all stakeholders

• Presenting reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions

• Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project goals

• Evaluating projects and assessing results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 2-4years experienceleading complex software implementations for the full project life cycle

• A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment

• Project Team management experience

• Excellent client facing skills

• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project and Professional Services Automation tools
