The role focuses on shielding the team from external distractions, maximizing sprint goal attainment, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure value delivery. Certification in CSМ/PSM is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Agile Scrum Master roles.
• CSM/PSM certification required.
• Proven experience leading scrum teams and delivering projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve the scrum process and project progress; help resolve impediments in development.
• Coach the scrum team to apply appropriate processes to create successful products.
• Foster self-organization and collaboration; shield team from distractions to focus on sprint goals.
