4Refuel U.S. LLC is seeking a strategic leader to drive growth and oversee complex initiatives across strategy, analytics, and operations. You will bridge finance with business planning, lead high-visibility projects, and transform processes to improve profitability.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making and collaboration with senior leaders. The position is full-time with a hybrid work setup in Grapevine, TX, offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• 3–5 years in consulting, finance, strategy or corporate development.
• PM certification (PMP/Agile/Waterfall) is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial/start-up experience is a plus.

You are responsible for driving process improvements (business and technology) across the enterprise and will work on projects that incorporate strategy, process, technology, and data analytics to accelerate growth, reduce costs and improve profitability. You will have an opportunity to transform the business and pioneer new products / services with the goal of positioning 4Refuel as the industry leader for all services we provide, now and more importantly, in the future. Please note: This is not an IT position.
