JSC Federal Credit Union in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to enhance team and member experiences by delivering essential projects. This full-time role involves initiating, planning, and overseeing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will work closely with teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure stakeholder needs are met.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field and three to five years of relevant experience. Preferred experience includes working in a financial institution.
The Project Manager is responsible for enhancing team member and member experiences by delivering essential, strategic projects intended to accomplish business goals and objectives. Project Managers at Wellby serve clients to ensure we meet their priorities and realize the outcomes they deem most valuable.
Team member does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
The team member performs a number of routine and generally related tasks without supervisory direction. The team member may make decisions regarding unusual circumstances on occasion. Tasks may occasionally have to be coordinated, integrated, and/or prioritized. Courses of action are determined by established procedures and/or the Vice President, Project Management Office. The team member’s work is reviewed periodically for accuracy, completion, and compliance with the policies and procedures. The team member uses independent judgment in making decisions.

Daily movements include sitting; standing, reaching, and grasping, operating computers and other office equipment, moving about the office; and attending possible onsite and offsite meetings. The team member must be able to exchange information, in person, in writing, and via telephone. Some degree of stress results from contact with management, and other team members. The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). Must be able to occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds across the office and load them onto shelves for various needs. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work involves the typical risks and discomforts associated with an office environment but is usually in an area that is adequately cooled, heated, lighted, and ventilated.
