The selected candidate will take on the role of Project Manager, specifically overseeing software development projects. They will follow the entire product development process, from the initial definition of market requirements through to post‑launch activities.

They will coordinate the various teams involved in creating the product, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow across functions.

A thorough understanding of the company’s development process—its phases, specificities, and constraints—will be essential to supervise activities and guarantee the correct and timely execution of the process.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Electronic Engineering
• Preferably, prior experience in managing development projects
• Proficiency with main Windows‑based software applications
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Problem‑solving and organizational skills, even in challenging situations
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Availability to travel within Italy and abroad
