Job Description

This position will have a relentless focus on field management; running a team of talented and experienced craftsmen as well as working with peers to ensure timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet and communicate with clients to understand full scope of projects
• Communicate directly with customers and crews to align project requirements
• Manage quality control throughout project timeline to insure job completion and customer satisfaction
• Maintain honest and positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Continually promote the quality, value, and reputation of Palette Pro
• Manage routine and tasks in an efficient, organized manner
