Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Junior IT Project Manager to support the JustCase program at a client site. You will oversee planning, budgeting, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment, emphasizing governance and timely delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and contribute to continuous improvement while developing professional skills in varied client environments on-site.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years IT project management experience.
• Knowledge of Agile, Prince2, and PMO methodologies.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Mission Overview:

As part of a dynamic consultancy mission at a client site representing Keystone Solutions, you will engage in the JustCase program, a central case management system for the judicial domain. This program involves several major projects and remains in an active development phase, requiring strong project governance to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage one or more projects (planning, budget, resources, dependencies).


• Coordinate teams (business, ICT, external partners).


• Manage risks, issues, and changes.


• Provide reporting to governance bodies (Steerco, management).


• Ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines.


• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment.


• Ensure consistency across projects and with the overall roadmap.


• Contribute to continuous improvement of project practices.

Profile:

• 2-5 years of experience in IT project management.


• Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMO).


• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Analytical and structured mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in public sector or justice domain.


• Knowledge of case management systems.
