Job summary

Muse Search + Inspire is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Solar Construction to lead a large utility-scale solar project from Notice to Proceed through Commercial Operation Date. You will own schedules, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder communications to deliver safely and on schedule.

Based in The Woodlands, TX with about 25% travel to project sites, you will lead EPC contractors, owners engineers, and partners, champion safety and quality, and mentor a growing team as

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in energy or infrastructure construction.
• 5+ years of experience managing utility-scale solar, battery energy storage (BESS), transmission, or power generation projects.
• Proven experience managing utility-scale solar construction projects (150+ MW preferred).

Lead the construction of a 200 MW utility-scale solar project from the ground up.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager, Solar Construction, to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale renewable energy project from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through Commercial Operation Date (COD). What You'll Do

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field. PMP is a plus.
