Job summary

Amber Electrical Contractors Inc. seeks a Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to completion in Texas. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, review estimates for accuracy, and supervise scheduling, subcontractors, quality, and implementation.

Responsibilities include budgeting, progress reporting, and coordinating with owners and design professionals. Candidate must have 3+ years in electrical PM, valid driver’s license, and be able to pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Project Manager; minimum of three years’ experience in the electrical field.
• Journeyman License preferred but not required.
• Must have valid Drivers’ License.
• Background test and drug test required.
• Project Manager Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
• Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
• Plan, organize, or direct activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems.
• Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
• Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
• Establishes work schedules, man-loading charts, and manpower management.
• Manage project schedules to meet client commitments. Manage work orders and approve invoices.
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs

Job Summary

The Project Manager oversees Projects from conception to completion. Project manager will be responsible for keeping all projects on-time, and on budget.
