Ford Audio Video (Ford AV) is seeking a Project Manager to guide complex AV projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with company standards and deliver results. The role is Austin-based with travel and involves directing teams, budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction.

You will mentor superintendents, installation technicians, and engineers, support pre-sale estimation reviews, and maintain strong client relationships. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in construction, A/V, or engineering.
• Strong skills in leadership, communication (oral and written), time management, and problem solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & project management software.
• Knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations is a plus.
