Job summary

Mold Shield LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead remediation projects from planning through completion. You will supervise crews, coordinate inspections, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include developing scopes, managing budgets, and coordinating with property owners, insurers, and hygienists to achieve final clearance.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of hands-on experience in environmental remediation, mitigation, or restoration.
• Strong knowledge of containment, HEPA filtration, and moisture control.
• Industry certifications such as IICRC AMRT or WRT.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Good computer skills for writing reports, logging data, and managing budgets.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $26.00 - $30.00
