Job summary

Nightwing Technologies, LLC in the Herndon, VA area is seeking a cleared and experienced Project Manager to support USG missions. You will coordinate schedules, prepare briefings, manage project documentation, and communicate with customers, field sites and teams.

Requirements include 6+ years of PM experience, BA/BS or higher, and an active TS/SCI with polygraph from day one. Travel up to 10% for CONUS/OCONUS.

Qualifications

Overview

Nightwing provides technically advanced full‑ spectrum cyber, data operations, systems integration and intelligence mission support services to meet our customers’ most demanding challenges. The role is for a cleared and experienced Project Manager in the Herndon, Virginia area in support of USG.

Responsibilities

• Track team/project action items.
• Facilitate/monitor project purchasing, documentation and research.
• Develop project schedules, timelines and coordinate/communicate with Customer, field sites and team members.
• Initiate/follow up with field communications and necessary coordination.
• Develop and present briefings.
• Produce project status reports.
• Leverage experience across the Customer organization, Group and external offices.
• Create/update project documentation to include PMF deliverables.
• Coordinate with Customer’s security elements for Project Certification and Accreditation.
• Manage resource/office access requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience managing multiple projects and administrative tasks.
• Experience managing project teams.
• Experience working within Project Management Framework (PMF).

Desired Skills

• ITIL Certifications.
• PMP Certifications.
• Understanding of Wide Area Networking concepts and technologies.
• Understanding of service management and delivery best practices.
• Additional technical and specialty training/certifications.

Additional Requirements

Must be a US Citizen and have an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph from dayone of employment and be crossover eligible. Requires OCONUS travel up to 10% of time, including hazard areas as required, and CONUS travel up to 10%.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $99,000 – $206,000. Compensation is based on qualifications, experience and expertise. Nightwing offers medical, vision and dental insurance coverage; a 401(k) plan; PTO; holidays; and additional insurances.
