Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end data centre construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and materials acquisition.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and achievements.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in data centre construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with data centre design, construction, and operational requirements.

Day-to-Day
