Job summary

ROBOTICS TECHNOLOGIES LLC in Staunton, Virginia, seeks a seasoned project management professional to formalize and coordinate the company's project management processes and the development of the measurement system.

You will report on project status weekly and monthly to leadership and customers, participate in planning and requirements gathering, and collaborate with partners and vendors to meet milestones.

Responsibilities

• Formalize the project management processes that are already defined
• Refine it and coordinate the development of the measurement system
• Report monthly / weekly on the status of the projects running in the company
• Should be part of project planning, execution, and requirement gathering with the project leadership team
• Provide detailed reports to higher-level managers /customers on a weekly basis to showcase the progress of the project
• Work collaboratively with Partners/Vendors as per project requirements
• Setting up a timeline for milestones created as part of the project plan
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
