Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a contract-to-hire CX/business analyst to help map customer journeys and document requirements for telecom products. The role supports project planning, stakeholder communications, and leadership-ready materials in a hybrid Stamford, CT setting.

Ideal candidates will gather and analyze data to identify trends, support decision-making, and work with product, technology, and operations teams to align objectives and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and document customer billing experiences and customer journeys across Cable and Mobile products (20%)
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for customer experience initiatives (40%)
• Support project planning, stakeholder communications, presentations, and other ad hoc business needs (20%)
• Analyze customer, operational, and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations (20%)
• Partner with product, technology, operations, and customer experience teams to align on objectives and solutions
• Create process flows, journey maps, business cases, and presentation materials for leadership review
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stamford, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
