Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) is a trusted partner of federal health agencies. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support evaluation of a Federal Healthcare Agency’s organizational structure, programs, processes, and knowledge management practices. Working side by side with the Program Manager, the Project Manager will own day‑to‑day execution across every task area — managing the technical approach, setting priorities, coordinating client and stakeholder activity, and driving performance and quality assurance. The Project Manager will maintain the Project Management Plan, drive project reporting, and ensure every deliverable is tracked, on schedule, and ready for Government review.
We are looking for a detail‑oriented, PMP-certified Project Manager with hands‑on experience running the operational backbone of a federal consulting task order — deliverables tracking, scheduling, meeting logistics, and status/financial reporting. This person keeps a multidisciplinary team on schedule and on budget, identifies potential risks early and creates mitigation strategies, and has experience being the day‑to‑day point of contact for project leadership.

PFS benefits and compensation are determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, location; the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience; as well as contract and organizational requirements.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000
